Benmore Centre Celebrates #LivingTheUpside

In the lead-up to Heritage Month, Benmore Centre proudly launches a community initiative in support of Helping Hands in partnership with Bombani Shelter, a safe haven that provides temporary therapeutic residential care for abused women and children.

Bombani Shelter offers counselling, skills development, and advocacy services to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity. Through this initiative, Benmore Centre calls on the community to come together and make a difference.

From 1st September 2025, shoppers and community members are encouraged to Drop & Donate essential items into the donation box available on the ground level, opposite the main exhibition court. Contributions can also be delivered to Centre Management prior to the launch date. Requested items include:
- Clothing
- Toys
- Hygiene products
- Books

Our children are our heritage, and our community is stronger when we support one another. This Heritage Month, Benmore Centre is proud to stand alongside Bombani Shelter in partnership with Helping Hands to ensure that women and children in need receive the care and resources they deserve.
