CALL for Soft Baby Toys SAPS Child Protection Unit

Imagine being a tiny baby, too small to speak, too young to understand, arriving at a police station because the world has already been unkind.

In moments like these, comfort matters. A soft blanket to be wrapped in. A clean nappy. A gentle toy placed beside them. A fresh change of clothes. Small, tender items that say: you are safe. You are cared for.

TEARS Foundation is calling on our community to help us bring dignity and comfort to vulnerable babies who arrive at the SAPS Child Protection Units after being abandoned or abused.

We are collecting soft baby toys, toiletries and nappies to ensure that, even in crisis, there is a moment of warmth.
